48/Male had son’s wedding after 10 days. Had multiple ventricular tachycardia episodes in last 2 weeks, got 15 DC shocks, was on ventilator, shifted under my care at Somaiya hospital !
Pt had his HEART ON RIGHT SIDE (dextrocardia) 
We did ICD (intracardiac defibrillator) implantation a device which would prevent sudden cardiac death by giving DC shocks to treat ventricular tachycardia which is usually fatal.

And yes he did enjoy Sons wedding without any health issues
